Exchanges & Refunds

Merchandise that has been purchased within 30 days and has NOT been washed, worn, fragranced or damaged are eligible for a full refund or exchange. All return items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Otherwise, refunds will not be granted.

If you are mailing merchandise to be exchanged please include a note of the size you would like in return as well as the return shipping address and your contact info. You just pay for shipping back to us and we take care of the rest!

Merchandise that has been washed, worn or have non-factory defects/damages are NOT eligible for a refund. And new items will not be issued. So be careful with scissors when opening packages!

For returns or exchanges you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us, but we will cover the cost to get item(s) back to you. If a return/refund is requested instead of an exchange we will refund the cost of the products(s) of your order, but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you received a damaged product we will take care of getting a new one sent your way. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for processing and to get back to you. Refunds can be expected within 1 - 2 days within receiving your package and you will be notified by email of your refund.
